Fantastic Furniture

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff but I had to cancel my order as I ordered a couch in August which I was told would be 6 - 8 weeks. It is now November and still no couch and was told it could be December before it arrives.(Due to COVID-19 lockdowns) Went to a different furniture store and purchased a couch which I can pick up tomorrow.

A good amount of stock but a bit lean on variety. Not sure if its a supply issue or something else. Recieved good service when we arrived in store.

Im really disappointed in the poor customer service I always find it hard to get a straight honest answer about delivery time, and I'm always waiting weeks for call back.. that never happens leaving me to end up following up the order myself with a brain injury it's really disappointing when you have to explain your situation so many times just to find out when or if your item or items will arrive. So many mix ups and uncertain employees communication isn't that hard.If an item isn't in stock you need to let customers know if your going to be waiting weeks you need to let customers know a simple email would even be sufficient.... there is very poor effort being put into making sure customers are happy or helped with their purchases.I'm a long customer of Fantastic Furniture but I won't be buying again through Shepparton third time bad experience.

The service was fantastic, Makayla was great and very helpful. Can recommend her highly.

brought a bed from Fantastic Furniture Shepparton store years ago and need unassembled the bed as we moving home, but i lost the original assemble tools. Even though I know its maybe a long shot, I decide to give them a call. the Blonde hair & slim figure lady who toke the call didn't hesitate and asked me to pick spare tool from the store straight away. While I was there rest of her team member also jump in and provide help.the bed was finally get unassembled, I was so frustrated with the moving home thing and almost going to cry, thank you Fantastic Furniture Shepparton Store team member whom worked on 20/2/22, buying the bed from Fantastic is the best decision ever, you set the industry customer standard in a new level. thank you very much for your help !!!!

Sandy has been incredibly helpful for my organisations order. I rang to complete this over the phone urgently. I then rang Sandy back a million times changing the details due to miscommunications on my end with my team. Despite calling Sandy so many times to change things around, she was extremely helpful and kind. She deserves a pay rise and a paid day off on Fantastic Furniture because they are extremely lucky to have her. Staff like her keep your customers satisfied and coming back. I hope the organisation value her work and professionalism

Very tidy store, huge range of furniture from bedroom to lounge suite's to office furniture and more, Staff are always happy to help , and good affordable prices.Recommend to anyone looking to upgrade on you're existing furniture.

Customer service at Shepparton is what it is, and was much better a few years ago.The quality of furniture can be very average.The furniture (Modulars & couches etc) made locally in Sydney are much better quality than the imported stuff. Quicker delivery as well.
