Citywide Waste Services

These guys smashed our front fence, while doing bin collection in the Moreland area. We clearly seen him drive off. I’m not sure if he knew he had smashed It or not, but it was definitely him. We put a compensation Claim forward, after 4 months waiting they reckon it wasn’t their driver. Apparently he signed a “stat dec” that it wasn’t him, although we never got to see any paper work. Also they reckon their cameras showed nothing, also we never got to see any footage. I understand it’s a tough Job, even more so because we live in a no through road. But that’s very dishonest and now we got to foot the bill.

Great group of people...friendly, focused, and innovative.

We are cancelling their service. It took us 2 months to get a recycle bin and they haven’t emptied it once in 12 months when they are meant to. I have to call each month asking why it wasn’t done. Their bills are always on time though.How hard it is to empty a bin? Very, apparently

Called whittlesea council to report that a truck hit the nature strip tree in front of my house and snapped a large branch onto the road in Mill Park within 15 minutes of my call whittlesea council, council had there they had citywide cutting it up and removing it thank you to the staff from citywide who got here so quickly and removed itVery happy resident.
