Get Polished

I attended this salon today for a pedicure and took my mother for infil for her nails. Worst experience ever !!! We were rushed in and out in 20 minutes. Nails are crooked, colour is not the same as shown in the colour book.When asked to correct something, staff refused to speak in English and it was quite obvious they found the entire event entertaining as they were laughing with each other Absolutely rude to say the least !! Basically treated like secong rate citizens.Absolutely dodgy, and way overpriced. Will be calling tomorrow and asking for a refund.

Use to absolutely love coming here but lately I've found the service not to the quality it use to be my pedicure end up messy my acrylics aren't the best but I've been going for years so want to stay loyal. The service itself has dropped and depending on the day depends on what kind of service you get. Very disappointing and unfortunately I will need to find a new nail salon. Some days they are great so if you go on the right day you'll have a ball but I've had a bad run now.

I had the worst manicure and pedicure .The staff were rude and disrespectful even when I was trying to find a colour for my nails and trying to explain that I did not want my nails to short. The nail polish was lumpy and patchy. The staff continuously spoke in their own language looking directly at clients and laughing. I was so upset with my treatment that I paid for the bad job and left.This was a very unpleasant experience.If you want a substandard manicure pedicure go there. I would never recommend them.

This use to be a very clean and friendly nail salon but not anymore it’s dirty and unfriendly. Today I had to ask the salon assistant to wipe off someone else’s toe nail clippings and dead skin before I put my feet in the same place. Honestly I loved this placed years ago but now it shows so many signs of not well maintained and staff that really don’t care. Never going back!

Another longstanding 'EFTPOS not working' laminated sign at the till. It's been there so long it's grubby. Hmmm. Don't like being forced to pay cash - they also offer their bank details so the customer can direct deposit. Left a bad taste in my mouth. You can also go get cash out at the ATM and pay $2.50 for the privilege. Tax avoidant.

Visited here for the first time Thursday for a pedicure. I was so disappointed. The staff were not engaging at all and barely communicate with you. Also everything could do with a good clean. The pedicure itself was of a very poor quality and very basic. I wouldn’t return here after my experience.

Awful! Dropped in for a SnS manicure - should have walked straight out at first glance at the grubby shop. The place is dirty and unhygienic. Didn’t do the colour I asked for and when questioned the said “this is right colour you choose” even though it not even close to what i asked for. Avoid!

They should use this place as a ‘How not to serve Customers’ training. Feet feel like I have rubbed my feet in my backyard, colour different on both feet, slap happy, rushed and to top it off speaking in their native language (not that I care as I am from an ethnic background) they all look over at me then laugh uncontrollably. Absolutely the worst place for service and quality. The rudest service I have EVER received.

I went to this salon today for the first time. My natural nails are very short and bitten but I have never had a problem getting tips and SNS in the past. The girl who did my nails used tips that were way too wide (actually wider than my fingers themselves) I asked for rounded nails but it looks like I have had pink blutac stuck on the ends of my fingers. She did not trim the cuticles or push them back before starting (I asked her after waiting for her to do it - not sure of her procedure) and she informed me that it would cost extra and I should've asked for a manicure first. What? Never ever has this been the case when I've had the exact same (tips, SNS) done anywhere else. The whole thing hurt, the driller buffer thing was way too aggressive and she seemed to keep it on constantly at maximum power instead of small revs. The underneath of my nails were left really messy and she didn't ask me to wash my hands before the product was put on. She had to fix a whole chunk of SNS that was missing on the side of my ring finger nail... which she did fix but I found it really unprofessional to not have noticed that herself? I have included pics in the comments. A really terrible job and not worth the $65, which is also extremely expensive. I'm from Melbourne and have never paid more than $55. I'm pretty unhappy with the end result, especially considering the cost. Nice looking salon though I guess.
