A Tech In Need

2019I am so happy to have met Matthew to look after my computer. He is so kind and friendly and takes time to explain what he has does, within reason as I wouldn't have a clue anyway, so its so good to feel confident with him.He listens first and then gets on and does what he needs to fix the problem. You can ask as many questions as you like and you get straight forward answers - great for an old lady like me.I would recommend him to anyone, corporate and personal. His knowledge is astounding and he is a really nice genuine man too and nothing is too much trouble. Very very happy and know I can get in touch if I have any other problems or queries. Thanks Matt. Matt did a great job fixed at a reasonable price and fast. Crazy quick! Highly recommend.Gave it to him Saturday had it back Sunday morning.No one else on coast is this fast or works weekends.Geek to you wanted 200 bucks and would only give me a hour. This job was atleast a few hours work.Do yourself a favor and use Matt!

Matt from a Tech In Need delivered exactly the help I needed to recover data from a corrupt external hard drive. He was attentive and communicated very well throughout the process. The task was more complex and took more time than initially expected and therefore the quoted price grew a little but all in all I was happy with the result and price, which was still very competitive.

I run a company on the Gold Coast and right before Christmas my computer crashed and i lost everything.
