Hi Kristy, sorry to hear about your experience. However, a few things to note - We were sub-contracted by another company to supply buses on their behalf and were required to follow their instructions in regards to the departure times. The departure times were well publicized and we had 14 buses conducting charter for the show and our other passengers - some 796 odd people - managed to find their buses and return with no issues. There were event staff and bus company staff on the ground to assist passengers. We were not responsible for ticketing or refunds so please refer all comments about this to the organisers of the event. We are proud of our service and safety record which is arguably one of the best in Melbourne.

Discussing the busses smell and the drivers drive like horses. If you want a smooth ride you'd better ride a horse I think the driver was under influence of something because he wasn't normal

Used for my wedding guests - after months of careful planning they still got the route completely wrong resulting in stress for me and guests.

Sub: Customer Complaint:I boarded the bus from Dandy station on Wednesday 26/01/2022 at 0500 (am) run number 54. It was extremely hot outside since almost a week continuing. When I entered the bus, it was worse than an oven because not only it was soaring heat outside but also the bus engine being on was also emitting engine heat inside the bus.I politely asked the driver sorry to disturb you mate

Went to Yarra Glen for a concert - this ridiculous excuse for a bus company left before we managed to get on the bus - later accepted that two other people that were suppose to be on another bus were on our bus my mistake. When I asked for my money back - as the service had not been provided.. was advised I should have contacted a number - which I did not know and could not find on their website - also advised I could of spoken to someone that worked for their company that would have been there... ? I did speak to numeral people.. none of them worked for this company or knew what I was talking about. Very unprofessional, not to mention dangerous - if you don't want to be left stranded somewhere.. avoid NULINE CHARTER at all costs!!

Just tried sending message that bus 78 B505 IS had loose front hubcapsnoticed heading to Narre Warren on Princes Highway 17/1/22 hopetyres don't come off. Was driving next to bus at 5pm. Need safety check.

Today our train was cancelled due to a fault on the line. The replacement bus turned up quickly - a school-bus-like 'coach'. The easy-going driver amazed all on board. He contacted other drivers informing them of the route. He himself had gone home, mowed the lawn, then come back to help stranded passengers get home. Informing who could end shift now, one driver not answering he managed to contact - asked if he was wearing a singlet - then politely told him to put on his shirt. Driving safely, and managing his business carefully and thoroughly, dressed neatly, he missed nothing, aware and helpful. We were all so impressed, everyone said 'thank you' upon disembarking, and the young guys had so much respect for his integrity, hard work, and organisation - Thank you!

Your bus drivers are careless at times. I was driving down a residential street and one of your bus drivers who was parked on the side pulled out into traffic without so much as checking his mirrors or indicating and nearly forced me into oncoming traffic. This was on 21/07/2015 at 09:05am. Registration number 7404 AO. After that he followed me down the street flashing his high beams.If this is the standard of driver you employ, and do nothing about, I will actively lobby against my children being allowed on your buses in the future.
