Kerry and her team were outstanding. Kerry went completely out and of her way to help me purchase a light which I couldn’t obtain in other shops. She liaised with 3 different shops and assisted me all the way through. It’s rare to find this level of service these days.

We where interested in a $51 light fitting until we were told it doesn't come with a lamp, oh by the way that's $44. Pretty ordinary sales tactics. On the up side the sales assistant wasn't pushy or absent, they really did get that balance right.

We purchased some ceilings fans for our new house which we had purchased just over 12mths ago. All three fans weren't working properly. I consulted Beacon Lighting Noosaville, and advised them that they weren't working, and was delight to hear that the fans had a warranty of 3 years. Beacon were able to organise a technician to come out and fix the fans. Brilliant friendly service, would definitely recommend purchasing from Beacon Lighting.
