Kermi's Kindy

No phone etiquette and manners.Called yesterday to check if I can come in and have a look at the kindy. Lady on the phone said to come tomorrow anytime.Went in today and knocked on the door and I can hear people just near the door but wouldn't bother to answer. So I have called the center and the lady answered . She advised to come to the otherdoor to go in .While on the phone she asked how old is my boy.i answered 22month and she replied to me that their centre is from 2 yrs. To which I have told I am looking for after 3 to 4 months. Then all of a sudden she told you can come back later on the phone.No manners, no phone etiquette. I find it is annoying and rude. I would never trust these people with innocent children.

Great service with friendly staff

Went here with I was kid, still looks the same ahah, my daughter 2 she goes here, lovely staff , very understanding when it come to nap time routine, very welcoming every mornings to myself and daughter. My daughter is a pickie eater never like butter chicken now she eats it all the time at home :) cleanliness of the room is amazing you’ll never see a mess ahha , nappys changing never had a difference nappy on beside her own . She hasn’t gotten a nappy rash, they always change nappys on time .100% 5 star definitely recommend

My daughter absolutely loves this centre. The staff are wonderful and easy going. It will be hard to say goodbye when she transitions to kindy. I highly recommend this place, it's affordable and kids are really happy and seem to connect really well with the staff.
