Experienced a very poor customer service when I asked the price of two specific cigarette brands. The lady arrogantly refused to give me a price saying it’s against the store policy. Later when I questioned about policy she called the cops and made a big scene out of it. I herby request the owner/manger to give more information about this policy where a customer is not allowed to make his/her choice.

Check prices at point of purchase.This bloke has been charging $3.80 for Bundaberg brewed softdrinks for the last month when the actual price tag on the fridge dispensing row clearly shows $3.70. I pay cash and each time I've told them keep the bottle then they say I'll tell the boss". Doesn't happen folks. He doesn't exist. Check what you are paying."

Absolute pig serves. Nothing is his fault, and instead of just working with me to help fix a mixed up order, was just rudely dismissive.In the TL;DR version, I ordered something that cost $15. And when they must have been out" instead of just sending the $13 version

They have new staff now after reopening. Absolutely the pits. Never to return. Bring back the old staff, at least they knew what they were doing. Q

New owners perhaps?VERY poor coffee, Luke warm and no longer allowed inside the store late at night.Feels very unwelcoming ordering your coffee through a window and picking it up out of a slide out box.Bring back the old staff.The two working in the store were lovely people, I cannot fault them. However this inner city Bp used to be fast paced and produced to quality products consistently. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be like this since reopening after their renovations.

Brought the ready to roll deal so comes with 2 sausage rolls or spinach and ricotta rolls coffee or cold drinks on the sign it states in the terms and conditions complimentary sauce the girl serving me stated 50c per sauce when I said that the sauce was free she said no 50c I pointed out where on the sign it was and she said where does it say that and continued on serving customers she would be charging customers every time for sauce she was rude i had gone to a different store this morning and got the exact same deal and received the sauce for free if I could give this no stars I would

Have been a regular at this location for coffee for several years always find most " of the staff very good especially Doug he is great . However yesterday the new young guys coffee was not great
