Very helpful team. Woefully understaffed. Given how stressed the team is being so busy, they still take time out to help. I’ve been in 3-4 times and couldn’t be more impressed with them helping even with six people waiting at the counter.Only reason its 4 star is because the manager is either tight or unwilling to hire more staff.One of the best Repco’ s I’ve been in. Get another person and you will be sweet.

Staff were rude, only one young fella helped out the rest acted like they couldn't see us. Definitely wouldn't go there again. Poor service.

Highly recommended to be ripped off, disgusting attitude from staff member wouldn't recommend buying from Repco unless you Want to be ripped off. had to drive 4 hundred KMs to be sold a broken part. Almost $400 I spent and now can't get money back, have to wait 10 days to be inspected now. What a joke this place is....... Really not happy with services provided. The trouble this has caused is not on .any good reviews are p

Repco has been seeing a decline in the main cities in Australia.However, the Broome branch has been top notch. Sure some parts can take time to arrive, but if you think how far Broome is from every warehouse it's remarkably good.It's a bit under-staffed at times (again, we're talking Broome which sees massive seasonal changes). Otherwise, staff has always been helpful and friendly. Best parts in the area and will happily go there again.

Manager was an arrogant gentleman really.Poor phone etiquette, immediately expressing attitude to potential customers.Not operating this business to help people, rather focusing on money and personal gain. Portrays a lack of care/respect for community members by being this way.Disappointing, considering other Repco stores around the country are absolutely brilliant.

Great customer service from Auburn hair young lad. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very knowledgeable and well mannered. Well done! Good customer service is rare these days!
