STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I HAVE REQUESTED ON MULTIPLE TIME FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED AFTER I NOTICED IN THE FIRST MONTH THAT THEY OVERCHARGE ON INVOICES. NOW THEY KEEP DEDUCTING A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE AND AVOID ANY CONTACT TO GET THE ACCOUNT CLOSE.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS.

Cancelled our account with 1Fuel in March. Notified them many times via emails and phone calls and they are still debiting our credit card for monthly payments. Even spoke to the manager who assured us that the payments would stop. Next stop, Consumer Affairs.

Don't fall for their trap. They overcharge most of invoices. They don't answer or call you back. They keep direct debiting your account for the things that you didn't even sign up for. Stay away and contact FleetCard as they will answer any query you have try to sort it out.
