I called Dan about an issue I was having with a charger and Dan said call me back shortly and I'll put you on to Phil who is a charger guru. Spoke to Phil who was able to tell me precisely what was wrong and how to fix it...and it did!!!!It was an extremely obscure thing and a simple fix if only you had the knowledge and Phil did. My lucky day to find these two guys.
