A superior service staffed by incredibly professional drivers that go above and beyond for their guests.Our driver (Jo) was the most professional, calm, confident and delightful driver we've ever had the pleasure of being in the care of.A wind storm downed power lines just near our holiday home as we were to leave for dinner - and having no power at the property also meant no water. So while we were at dinner, Jo offered to get us supplies including bottled water, firewood and torches.That very kind act completely changed our evening from a disaster to an adventure.We were all incredibly impressed with Jo and would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Recently used for airport transfer to Ballina airport. Smooth booking process. Car arrived on time and clean. Unfortunately drop off at airport did not meet expectations, luggage not packed securely/taken care of, our travel pram fell out during unloading resulting in broken handle. Due to works at airport we were also dropped in a temporary drop off area in the rain with large amount of luggage, toddler (and broken pram) without any assistance offered to help get to terminal. Given the premium price of this service perhaps you could consider covering the $2 cost of parking and offering additional assistance to those who need it.

The driver was on time both ways and the car was very well presented. Would recommend this service to anyone as the best.
