BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Belmont

staff have sold me incorrect items several times. I have had 2 staff members mention in Belmont that they don't really go fishing or crabbing or diving. they are not really interested in it they just needed a job. so if you need information on products probably Google it before you go in. Ladies are unknowledgable in any area besides the clothing.and I'm not sure how all 7 staff are super arrogant south africans? never seen an Australian staff member in here. they are rude, and won't admit when they make a mistake. worst store. definitely go to the next area if u need bcf.

I went to BCF Belmont as it is the closest BCF to me and I have always found what I needed (usually after checking the goods and prices on the BCF website). That day (21st of December) showed me that the price/quality ratio must have been quite good for the goods I wanted as there wasn't a single item left in store. After wandering around the store to ensure there wasn't another spot with the goods, I asked a member of the floor staff for help. The gentleman first went to double check that I had looked in the right place, then told me he knew the incoming pallets were not including this item and then went to check the stock in other stores with the store computer. He immediately told me some were left in BCF Cannington, though in one colour only, and that all options were available in BCF Midland. I told him I would go to Cannington since I had another errand to run there that day as well. He then advised me to get the front desk staff of the store to ring BCF Cannington to run a quick physical check and reserve the stock since the numbers were pretty low. I followed his advice and got a very nice lady to help me. And BCF Cannington should also be thanked for running the check as the lady was on hold and tell me that there was actually no stock left... That's how I came to finally get what I wanted from BCF Midland the next day. A great thank you to the staff at BCF Belmont for their helpfulness and customer service. And congratulations to BCF in general for great services.

If I could rate one star I would. Bought a snorkel through click and collect which all went smoothly and my partner picked it up. It wasn't until I was packing my bag for my beach trip that I noticed someone had stuck my tax invoice on the actual case for my snorkel. A plastic sticker covering the entire case. It took me an hour and a half to remove the sticker, the case even now after using an entire bottle of alcohol rub and dish soap is covered in sticker residue and scratches from removal. My nail is broken and Will now get next to no sleep because someone thoght it would be a good idea to put a massive plastic sticker on a product I spent $40 on.

Best camping store with great sevice! Recommend to everyone! Join the membership, got $10 off, paid club member price. If you don't know what to buy, ask staffs they will help you out in a min. I bought the first tent I am very happy.

This is for BCF in general, not specific to Belmont. Owed brother in another state a Yeti mug. Attempted to pay for it online with Click & Collect" so that he could pick it up locally. Continually get a "Can't process this transaction" type of error. I've now rung their call centre. The reply I get "Use another form of payment". I don't have another form of payment. What sort of dodgy operation

Wide range of collection of outdoor gears. Helpful, smiling staff helped me find what I was looking for, a good quality compact binocular. Some signage could help to led clients directly to their desired product.

Mandy was very helpful whilst trying to locate a few items in store; managed to get most things. She called around to other stores as well but unfortunately no stock but nothing is an issue with Mandy who promptly called me after I had left to advise that they had put in an order for me and would advise once received in stock.

Always happy and friendly staff. I bought an incorrect cable and they allowed me to return it even though I had opened the packaging.

Great store with helpful staff. Only downfall is that it can be difficult to get parking on the weekend.
