Thankyou so much for your kind, respectful and professional service installing a new shade sail at my mum's home. The old one which was installed by your company 10 years ago lasted the distance and in some of the most extreme weather conditions the peninsula can deliver. The family daycare children love the shade sail in light rain we can stand under it and wait for the rain stop instead of going inside. On a warmer day we can stay outside and play longer. The shade sail looks so good it will definitely help me with enrolling new children for 2020. The service and communication was great friendly shade sail installers comfortable around the children and the children comfortable around them. A plus company.

What started as an OK experience, turned into a nightmare. What seemed to be a trustworthy team unraveled quickly as there were broken promises and more importantly deliberate misleading of pricing. I was quoted a very reasonable price to replace a sail but was told I need to wait a couple of months to get it installed. Given the price was reasonable, I accepted the delay. When eventually they came around to do the final measure, they advised that in addition to the new sail, they would need to remove all existing brackets and install new ones. Not only were the existing brackets fine & secure (this was later verified by two other separate installers that they were more than adequate to remain in place) they wanted to charge an additional $670 for the 6 brackets. I requested to just have the sail made without the brackets and they refused to even honour the original agreement to measure and supply a new sail despite having a quote and paid a $300 deposit.Needless to say, I requested a refund of my deposit and went with another provider. It's a shame that misleading customers is acceptable customer service for Peninsula Shade Sails. I'm sure they have installed good products elsewhere and this might be an isolated experience, but I would recommend caution and advise it may be safer and less hassle going with a reputable installer.

My leap into the shade sail market took almost a year of saving, after I incurred a huge unexpected bill that drained my shade sail budget. Amazingly the guys at Peninsula Shade Sails honoured their original quote, even though I'd dropped out of view such a long time. Once I was finally ready to proceed the service I received was spot-on! Everyone I encountered at Peninsula Shade Sails was friendly, patient and incredibly helpful. Each step from initial measure and quote, through deposit, site preparation and sail installation was efficiently carried out by knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Installing a shade sail is quite an economical alternative to building other forms of patio cover, but for me it was still a significant financial endeavour. I was continuously made to feel reassured that my shade sail project was in honest capable hands, and that I was getting real value for money. Now as I sit out in my garden and enjoy the way my new sail brings a touch of modern elegance to my home, I think I've been transformed into a bit of a shade sail groupie! I'm already planning my next shade sail project (a future carport). I will not hesitate to give Peninsula Shade Sails a call again, as soon as I'm ready! A great service. A great product. And a very satisfied customer!

Called Peninsula Shade Sails to replace my old sails from 15 years ago.In fact, the sail were the same price as 15 years ago!Tim was really professional and the sails are excellent quality.They did a great job and the new sails look awesome.Will call them again in 15 years time!!

We engaged Peninsula Shade Sails for shade sails in the kinder where I work. They are an outstanding company and I cannot praise them enough. I recommend them with no hesitation. The Shade Sails are spectacular and the work ethic and support of the entire team is great. We had challenges with planning and coordination with our council and Bronwyn and Tim supported us every step of the way with guidance and advice. They were respectful to our needs and every member of the team has given outstanding customer service.
