All Sliding Rollers
Was able to book in my job promptly and was kept up to date with arrival time on the day. Prompt arrival on site and focus on quality by installing double rollers and steel track to prolong lifespan of the sliding door. Use of drop floor sheets and vacuum for the inside was also much appreciated.

George came out today and repaired all three sliding doors. They’ve gone from feeling heavy and dragging to lightly closing and opening with two fingers pulling the door.The customer service was on point too.Thanks!

Dealt with all sliding Rollers a couple of times now, these guys are the greatest, great Tradesman or should say Craftsmen on time attentive great service caring and clean nothing was a problem very trustworthy persona and the most pleasant personalities if only other tradies were this good and my doors and windows never worked this great even when they where new thanks guys keep on doing what you do

All Sliding Rollers did an excellent job for me three years ago, so with more work needing to be done, I had no hesitation in calling on their services again, this time to install a new track for my balcony door.They arrived at the appointed time, laid out protective dust covers, quickly completed the job to a high standard using only quality rollers, adjusted the door lock, tested everything thoroughly before vacuuming the carpet to ensure there was no dust remaining. I was happy with the result.I also ordered and paid for a set of spare rollers. I was assured these would be mailed to me the following day.After eleven days of phone calls, emails and weak excuses from their girl in the office, I ran out of patience and asked for a refund of my money, to be sent by bank transfer.When the funds failed to arrive in my bank account, I checked the records, to find that the office girl made careless basic errors in copying and pasting my account number to her bank.I immediately forwarded to her a politely worded email identifying her mistake, to which she phoned me in an abusive manner blaming me. It was entirely her stuff up, not mine.She also criticized me for sending her an email rather than phoning her.All Sliding Rollers do great work in the field but overall, meaningful customer service, is seriously undermined by the rudeness and incompetence of their office girl.
