I've just filled in my vehicle owner's survey with the vehicle manufacturer. I've given them 1 out of 10 for servicing and warranty thanks to this dealership. It's Ultratune for me from now on.Update. No we didn't have a positive experience with your staff. Your service manager was rude. They could not reset the maintenance clock and left oily fingerprints all over the body. We now get an error message everytime we start the engine. You are prepared to have another go if we make the 3 hour round trip at our expense. You will not see us again

Service desk employees were great booking in service and fixing the stereo on my new LDV T60 as it’s default setting is very loud on starting the vehicle. They technician did the update and yet the default start up setting is still loud if you turn the car off at level 3 it’s at level 10 on start up.But will be fixed at next service just disappointed that I have to take it back when it should of been done already.

Had my Mercedes serviced and was advised the transmission would be serviced as part of the service($1300). On pickup the transmission had not been serviced. No attempt to rectify the error made.When questioned, the staff member said nothing and played dumb, further stating they didn’t know what was included in the service.Also car was not washed and said their Detailer had an accident. Only one person can wash the car? Car plastic seat protector left on. Seat not readjusted. Too much effort to press memory button I guess?Nail pointed out in tyre. No attempt to remove it. All too hard.Incorrect mileage entered on service paperwork. Overall incompetenceAlso at handover staff member was reading verbatim from mechanics report, no idea what she was reading.A poor experience from a Mercedes service centre.Poorly trained incompetent staff,Never again. Stay away from this place at all costs.
