Preston Dentist | The Smile Designer

The whole team at The Smile Designer are professional and friendly. They are very customer orientated which has not been my experience at other dental clinics. Thanks to Gareth, Kara and Maggie. Keep up the great works guys. :)

One of the best dentists I've ever been to, Dr Dev was very informative and understanding he clearly explained to me what work needs to be carried out and made a plan which explains all the work that will be done. Also the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, it's such a clean and modern environment, very well. Designed. It's conveniently located in Preston, High Street which makes it easy to get to as bell station is a 5 min walk away. Can't recommend The Smile Designer enough, definitely worth the visit. The TV on the roof is a great touch.

I had an appointment for a clean with Dr Gareth and he was so great. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and after voicing that I was nervous he was really accommodating and compassionate. He really made me feel at ease, I had really nice experience.

As a person who had a really traumatic past experience with a dentist, and subsequently developed a fear of going to the dentist - this dental practice was exactly what I needed, I just wish I had booked here sooner. Fantastic, genuine and friendly staff who really set my mind at ease on the phone and at the appointment from the reception area to the dental chair. A modern, clean and professional practice and Dr Madeleine was very gentle, reassuring and skilled. A wonderful experience. If you are nervous or haven't been to the dentist in a long time don't hesitate to book here knowing that they will support you through it.

Dr Duff was amazing, explained everything as she did it which helped relieve the dentist nerves and did an awesome job with my teeth! Kara was lovely and a good chat to chill out before the appointment, and she can make a really nice looking birthday cake!

I am not a regular patient of this practice, but they were more than happy and willing to provide their expertise. The level of professionalism that I experienced was phenomenal, from the receptionist, the dental nurses and the dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Madeleine Duff for a dental procedure and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by her and her staff. As someone who takes great care and pride in their teeth, I have always been cautious about who I trust my smile with. I was in need of a number of fillings and other minor dental work. Additional to this, I have always been a nervous patient when it comes to dental procedures and was apprehensive about the visit. However, from the moment I met Dr. Madeleine, she put me at ease with her positive reassurance and deep knowledge of her field.From the consultation and all the way through the procedure, Madeleine and her team went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything that was happening and made sure to check in on me throughout the process. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing the best care possible was truly outstanding.The facilities at Dr. Madeleine's studio are first-class and her staff are vibrant and friendly. I do travel a distance to see her but have never been to a better dentist and will continue to recommend Dr. Madeleine to friends and family, because of my fantastic experience. Thanks so much to Dev & team for putting me and ease during today’s visit and procedure! I was so impressed with the quality of care and skill level at this clinic (and general friendliness of staff!). I also really appreciated learning more about my own dental/facial structure, and how this is causing my issue, and how we can work to prevent this.
