Lost the the sense of service waited to pay as drive thru has the priority. Very hard to find a clean table ended up cleaning our own. Angus burger had not much taste. Advertising picture looked tastier.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, first time came out after 7 minutes, understandable since it's a bit backed up on the drive through, but only came with one patty. Waited just a few minutes, came out full of grease. I know you're packed, but seriously? Can't even be bothered to go back in cause it's just gonna take another wait. Tasted so freaking bad. Not usually like this. And to the person who made the burger, use your mask properly. You handle foods

Once again they managed to get a simple order wrong.This time I actually called, and was sent a voucher, oh yay yippee, scammers, so I can drive well over an hour back so they can give me what they should have the first time.Yeah nah.Instead we're going off the highway to refuel and get food, support independent business.Highly recommend others do the same if you value reasonable customer service.The longer we let brands like Maccas treat consumers like this then the more and deeper they'll do it.And if you've got dietary restricting I wish you all the best if you for some reason actually go here, they don't care. It's dangerous for us, and all about profit for them.

Ordered a medium big mac meal about 10 minutes ago. Got home and the chips are cold, soggy and oily.... seriously Lovely Banks Mcdonalds, you need to lift your game!

I asked for a coffee and was given a hot chocolate, maybe if your staff were paying attention to what the customer wanted and not fighting with each other you might have gotten the order right.

All good.McDonalds was busy at the time,but the staff were not flustered and delivered by order in a reasonable timely manner....though for some reason or other I have found that at most of their stores the coffee is rather on the mildly warm side and not hotter as provided by the coffee outlets (but the taste is OK)

I ordered a classic Angus meal with no tomato and received my burger with no buns!!!! Of course on the road before I noticed. What am I supposed to do with this.

This was terrible, slowest maccas I've ever been to. Ordered some food and 2 vanilla milk shakes. When my order is called out I go to collect the food and get handed a vanilla shake and a chocolate shake. I kindly ask to change it and they give me a different one of the bench which is yellow. I already know for a fact this is a hokey pokey shake and I tell the worker and he says oh no they just look like that. (The other vanilla shake was white) I repeat this is not my drink can u please change it. He refuses and just walls away. I end up trying it as I'm in the car and it is intact the wrong drink.
