This is my first time ever posting a review, that’s how frustrated I am with this guy, rob.I’ve never ever come across a more unprofessional service in my entire life.I called up on a Monday night this week after my washing machine stopped working full of water, rob said he would come the next day.The next day comes and it’s 5pm at night, I message him and he said who’s this I’m using a different phone so I send all my details again reminding him he is suppose to be here today and he says he is behind and reschedule for the next day as he can’t make it.We schedule for 11am the next day.The time comes and hear nothing.I ask were he is and he says he’s running behind can we do the arvo.. after being fed up with this unprofessionalism I still agree to wait until the arvo even after my partner waited at home for him all day.Then comes the arvo again…. Guess what!! Nothing.I message at 3pm are you still coming … he says yes.It’s now 9pm and he’s ignored my calls, ignored my partner call.Ignore my messages.Now we waited days being messed around 3 different times waiting around for him. With our washing piled up to the roof as we have been expecting him and waited on him.Absolute worse service ever, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THIS GUY!!!
