Amazing experience. Hubby and I just came back from a two day hike and they were knowledgeable and extended the massage for 25 minutes at no charge, combination of deep and relaxation, were attentive to problem areas and worked on that. This is the best massage place I’ve found in Toowoomba I’ve been quite a few times and I always leave feeling great and my pain has always been resolved, I work quite a labor intensive job and this really helps easy the discomfort formed from the job, the stretching is amazing stretching places the I can never stretch myself, my favourite is the reflexology and neck and shoulder but the deep tissue really help with any back problems I experience, everyone is friendly and understanding and you will always leave with a smile and a bottle of water

Very professional and lovely. Deep tissue massage was so relaxing and extra attention was paid to my knee to help relieve pain. Did not feel rushed despite being last customer of the day. Would highly recommend.

The massage was amazingGreat communication and easy to talk to.The lady that did my massage always asked me if the pressure was ok.I payed in advance which is not unlike any of the other Thai Massage places I have gone to over Qld and the NT.The price was very fair I paid for 90min and I got 90 minutesI would highly recommend The Royal Thai Massage to anyone who is stiff sore or just has trouble sleepingDefinitely 5 star

My wife had been for a massage here many times now and the service and expertise are second to none. My wife has suffered a hand injury and Nang has done what physios couldn't. Annie is also brilliant- strong and thorough. We always were treated well and and can honestly say this is the best massage we have ever had.

This place is in great location, they are very friendly , but the message was not very good, but if you like very soft massage they are very good at it, I like strong massage which their soft massage is not my type.

I don’t like to leave bad review’s however, I called the day before my appointment and stated that the massage was for the back of my legs. When I went in and my massage started I was then asked again “where I was sore”. Which I replied “back of my thighs and my back”.The time spent on my back compared to my legs, which I said my appointment was for was significantly less than my back. 70% back and 15% legs and 15% other areas. I am quite disappointed as on top of that when I replied I was sore (when they touched the bad areas) the pressure was weakened for the rest of the time. The person doing my massage was nice but seeing as I told not only the shop when booking, as well as when I was getting my massage done, I was under the impression, that the time spent would be roughly 50/50 on the areas I stated.Also if you don’t pay cash you’ll be charged 10% more for GST, which SHOULD already be included in the price.
