I arrived at the store at close of business with a few time consuming tasks requiring the help of both Tyler and Sam. They were more than happy to carry out the job at hand proffesionally, cheerfully and efficiently. By the time these friendly and knowledgeable staff had resolved my needs, it was well past the normal close of business day and both, particularly Tyler, were happy to look after me without a hint of complaint. These guys gave me true confidence that quality customer care and satisfaction was alive and well. Thanks guys for a pleasant, positive experience. Went in to pre order new phones today for myself and hubby, was worth waiting for Olivia to take care of us as she had taken such good care of my son last week..Could not have received better, thoroughly professional and friendly service from Olivia.. She went above and beyond to give us the very best deal. What a Gem!

I have never had such a positive experience than I had yesterday at Optus Elanora. Helped my Sam, he was quick to answer all my questions (I had a lot) in such a friendly and concise manner. Had a login issue with my optus app. Staff were very attentive who fixed my issue with no wait times. Whilst there, the staff were able to help me upgrade to the latest phone in no time. Recommended.

I've been having a few troubles with my service so I quickly popped into this store and was helped by Cara, she was beyond helpful in guiding me in the direction of clearing things up whist teaching me a thing or two about my iphone. Just as I've nearly lost hope there was someone who cleared things up. Very grateful for this pleasant customer service experience.
