Wish there was a 0 to score. They don't deserve even 1 star. Ordered books from authors for a book convention in Sydney only to be told this company failed to produce the books for not one but many authors attending. Even though they had 6 months and told them they would be ready. Literally hundreds of people left disappointed by this companies lack to deliver. Not to mention they didn't even inform some authors until the day of. Truly disgusting for a company.

This business has completely let down hundreds of authors and thousands of their readers, for a recent book signing event in Sydney. Authors provided all details 6+ months in advance with confirmation that their books would be received in time. Heartbreakingly some authors went to the event with NOTHING! Not one single book, some of them only being notified of this the night before. This is absolutely appalling behaviour from a company that should have been trusted to fulfill these orders. These authors have travelled from around the world and this simply isn’t good enough! I would absolutely think twice about supporting this company.

YES, YES, YES!That seems to be the only words Katya and her AWESOME team at Kaligraphic seem to know how to say.If you're reading this you're in the right place.You're life is about to change.You've found THE BEST book printers in Australia (perhaps the world???)REAL people that understand the pull out your hair, knots in your stomach stress of trying (and failing) to get your book printed with other larger companies (Ingram Spark, Amazon... to just name a few) because you can't speak to real people and it takes 24-36 hours to get an email reply!!!! NO!!!When you ring the phone real people at Kaligraphic answer, they get it. Whatever you need doing get ready to fall of your chair because you're giddy laughing at how quickly they make your megawatt stress go away.You're in the right place.You're life is about to change.AND THERE'S MORE!Kaligraphic are Aussies that care about the environment, they use recycled where possible AND they care about the community.You are definitely in the right place.To have a life changing experience all you need to do is contact them.CONGRATS.

They were extremely unprofessional and unorganised in their business. Not only did numerous authors advise them of required printings MONTHS in advance and Kaligraphic Print stated they would commit to it and then failed to supply ANY books to various authors - they also notified some authors of this predicament the DAY OF the event. Do NOT recommend to anyone to use this business. So many authors routinely contacted them throughout the months and KP assured them their production was making solid progress. Blatant lies. So disgusted and appalled with this behaviour and business. So many authors (for BABE) were horribly let down. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

This printing company messed up hugely.They lied to authors saying their books would be ready and printed in time for a massive book event. Then continuously lied about the progress of printings to then turn around on the DAY OF and say that the books won’t be ready at all.A really bad business who has created a logistical nightmare for the authors and their readers. Authors (some international) are still trying to clean up Kalligraphic Print’s mess.Do not use this company!

Imagine you're an international author, writing and books are your business. You're invited to a large signing event. You organise printing from a local printer to support small business. You put your order in months and months in advance because these signing events are planned years in advance.You're assured in emails that your printing is coming along. All will be done.You arrive into the country and you have just been lied to and strung along until THE DAY OF THE EVENT. When you then receive word that not ONE SINGLE BOOK has been printed.You sit at your table with no books.This was the exact scenario just one week ago for MULTIPLE authors.DO NOT RECOMMEND.Lack of integrity and values are rife here.

One of literally thousands of people who were let down by this company when they failed to deliver special edition books to an event I attended. Many of the authors travelled from overseas and to have not a single book for sale or a single preorder available for processing due to this companies failure to provide the stated books was so heartbreaking for all concerned.

This business has let down LITERALLY thousands of people! Authors from all over the world placed special orders with them for a MASSIVE book convention held last weekend in Sydney. Some authors received NO books from their orders and NONE of their books arrived. Kaligraphic promised the authors that their books would be finished in time and even provided guarantees upon regular requests from the authors. These orders were placed 6 months or more before the event to give plenty of time to be processed and delivered. Shame on this business. You quite literally broke people's spirits. Disgusting business practice and NOT the way to get any future orders.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.Use this business at your own peril. A major book event planned years in advance with Authors coming from all over the world, placed orders months and months in advance. These Authors kept in contact with Kaligraphic regularly and they assured these authors that their orders would be done on time right up until the day of the event. But many authors sat with little or NO books because this business failed to deliver what they promised their books. It was devastating to see these authors that have come all this way with no books to sell. This business lied and failed to produce the good they were paid to do. Very unprofessional
