Ordered online. Turns out they don’t deliver to Parcel Lockers - which is ok. But could you tell a customer that first please? Or ring / email for resolve issues with shipping. They had my order for two days and made no attempt to contact me before I rung them to find out why I hadn’t heard anything.Email / phone contact is poor and emails tend to go into the spam folder

I needed to remove a broken graphics card from a small form factor PC so dropped by this store and Max at the counter was very helpful. The shop also had a slightly better video card to replace the broken one and he sorted it out on the spot. Great prices too.

Called to ask for an emailed quote for a highly configured Intel NUC. The guy who answered wasn't easy to understand. I think accent is Chinese. Refused to take my email address and instead insisted that I email him. I'm on the road on my phone. He's in his office. Obviously they have too much business. So now I just move to the next supplier but probably just Amazon. What happened to quality service
