Great service and hospitalityBrought in my car this morning as I was getting noises while driving.The team took me for a test drive, identified the issue and fixed it quick for free.Good to have such friendly service people around in Sydney.

Friendly customer service. They’re a busy mechanic (because they’re good) but they always make an effort to fit you in last minute. Definitely recommend!

Because of the excellent service we received when we had new tyres fitted 3 mths ago, we returned to have our Mitsubishi Outlander in for a replacement radiator & have to say I experienced top 5 star service. The guys worked extremely hard on the car & Charles who is the overall chief in charge was absolutely awesome installing Afterpay on my phone. As I am not tech savy & being of mature age it is refreshing to find someone who will take the time to help & explain it to you.Charles thanks to you & the mechanic's I must say Mycar Neutral Bay is my preferred choice for car service & highly recommend them.

Jack is a great guy and is one of a few mechanic out there who is willing to help/provide advice off the cuff so respect to him for that.Whilst they do the job properly, I wasn't as pleased with the pricing - this shop marks up parts significantly. I was charged double the market rate for parts, and I have yet to find parts avaliable on the market for the prices they charge you for, so I'm not sure where they get their parts from. You would think they would get it for lower than market price being a bulk buyer of parts?

I just rocked up and they were so kind to quickly fit me in. Thanks a lot to Cameron and the team for doing an excellent job on my Golf and being super friendly.

Friendly staff, fast service, oil change went fine but mycar used the wrong oil spec in my car, which resulted in an engine failure.I could lead to a catastrophic failure in the engine due to the lack o lubrication:

I dealt with Jack, from mycar in Neutral Bay about 6 months ago now (better late than never!) and he was incredibly helpful especially given how unexpected and urgent it was to get my car road worthy again. The pricing was very fair too.I would highly recommend.

I should have checked all the work I paid for straight after, rather than trust my payment guaranteed the work was done properly.Took car in to change 2 tyre and a 4 wheel alignment. Two weeks later, I returned to get service & pink slip. Get a phone call to tell me it needed a 4 wheel alignment. Told them they where meant to do it two weeks ago. The response was, “I’ll be covered then, we’ll do it free of charge.”Only after I get the receipt and pink slip, it is accompanied with paperwork for the wheel alignment. Proof they had not done it originally as no paperwork was issued two weeks ago.Then a week later as I’m driving at 100km per hour on the highway, the undertray drops. When I eventually find a safe place to stop and check what the issue was, I can see that only one loosely fitted screw in the middle under the car is the only thing holding it on. It normally has 9 screws/bolts. So either 9 we’re extremely loosely fitted or 8 not installed after oil change.My wife calls and is told, “that’s impossible, it would have fallen off straight away. But bring it in.”It was held on by brackets that slip in under the spoiler, however they are all broken now. I temporarily repair it with 6 random screws and take it back.Only half of those screws replaced when taken back.Then a week later whilst washing the car I discover that they broke the cradle the rear driver side light sits in when they changed a bulb during the car service.I will definitely not be going back!
