Have been waiting for someone to call back and chasing stegbar for 2 -3 weeks about replacing damaged doors. Very poor customer service. I'll be shopping elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

had to buy from them for a certain type of window. Ben took order and money, no email responses even after following up once paid. i was told in production only to find out that he never placed the order and left the company. so now going to be 5 weeks late and they WONT do anything to speed up 1x little window! even though it was clearly their fault. absolutely no effort to fix their mistake and now i have an unhappy customer.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Had a sliding door installed, which was fine until the builder scratched it. The warranty and customer service is ZERO.They send automated emails without verification that you'll even be available.Stuffed up the repair and only installed some of the parts.The ones they did install were damaged.They then tried to blame me for the damage and they argued about the circumstances.They then send more repairmen with parts still missing.How you even make money is astounding.How can a company be so siloed. You cant contact them directly.Work still hasnt been fixed..

Disgraceful! JELD-WEN should be ashamed of the way they have not delivered the quality product STEGBAR used to be. Customer service is non existent. Their statement of warranty on the website has not applied to us. You have had our money since November 2016 and we still do not have a front door installed as promised. Instead we have a disgusting hunk of junk filling our front door space. This is fact, we have the documentation of photos and a log of all the phone calls made which have been futile. If you don't like this review ....do your worst ............. oh hang on ............... you already have!

Hopeless service and communication. Am seeking a fix on a warranty job for new screen doors and the office couldn't organise a beer in a pub. 2 months and multiple call backs. Company this size should get the simple things right. Steer clear they trade on name not service or quality

Our company FIX-A-DOOR have found Stegbar Kotara very helpful whilst we were sourcing our componentry needed for certain doors and window repairs. The staff including Ben and Richard are very helpful and knowledgeable in servicing our needs as required. Will be back in contact with then when sourcing our parts.

In order to provide feedback or review I'd have to receive a response from Stegbar Kotara and I'd have to say that for the third time on three different projects I have not received a response. My first visit to the store was very underwhelming with rude staff and messy paperwork piled unbelievably heigh the second and third time contacting the supplyer I received no call back. Poor performance.

Renovating our 20 year old Stegbar double hung windows and broke the plastic U clip at the bottom of the window. Not only did Kotara Stegbar have the clips, they didn't charge me for them. Happy renovators here.

Bought 20k of windows from these grubs, they didn’t tie them down and one got smashed, $2800 for a new set of doors and they refused to replace free or offer any discount. Multiple defects everywhere which took over a year to get replaced, contacted fair trading which were no help whatsoever. Since I have bought multiple doors from Dee Glass Metford, cheaper, better quality and easy to deal with. If you’re considering Stegbar I would set aside an extra 5k to fix everything they will get wrong and refuse to replace. Absolute garbage company

HiJust like to thank Ben for all his advice when choosing ourhouse windows & sliding doors.I went to Kotara with certain sliding door & window tints in mind & came away with quite the opposite & am so happy that Ben was there to adviseme & as a result I made a much better selection of tint (no cloud when looking through the glass) & a more suitable sliding door style. Ben was very patient & explained everything to me stating all the options & reasons for & against each option.Thank you Ben you really now your products.Christine Krause
