I have an appointment tonight. The staff is very friendly and patient, but he makes my hair very uneven and have to find some others to fix it otherwise I could not leave my house because each hair is independent and fly to every directions. I am very disappointed about his techniques. At first he cut my hair in a Nike shades, after multiple adjustments, my hair looks like has been bitten but poppies. While I am gonna to find another hairdressers fix it tomorrow. Have no idea why the rating score is such high????? The worst experience through whole my life.

I was hesitated to change my total look, but Ken was fantastic. He kept an eyes on detail, great skill and cut my hair perfectly the way I wanted. 100% recommended this salon.

Can’t recommend this brilliant husband and wife team more! No bs selling products, great recommendations and they do what you ask of them an more. Special mention to Ken who cut my hair, did great colour correction with highlights and incredible blow dry! Fabulous work and a really genuinely talented team who care! If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!!

Definitely 5 stars...! Had this afternoon a lovely experience at Urban Hair loft: Ayla was experienced, knew exactly what to do and I'm so happy with the results of my hairlights: thin, precise stripes with the perfect Bright blonde colour. At other salons I'm often not satisfied after getting highlights: sometimes the colour is too gold/beige, sometimes its too ash or the stripes are too thick, but after my visit at Urban Loft I was so happy with the result.. Would definitely go back here. Thanks Ayla for everything.
