Very nice cottages, we stayed at the Kavel cottage. Nice for a couple, with the slow combustion fire, provisions for a cooked breakfast and a bottle of wine. It's walking distance from Murray Street with a few top restaurants just down the road

Goat Square Cottages
This place has 3 self-contained units in a quiet area off the main street. We rented 2-bed room unit and 1-bed room unit, and we had the whole place to ourselves since the other unit was left unrented for the duration. The owner supplies breakfast items (eggs, bread, tomatoes, butter, cheese, etc.) and a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed quiet time there while visiting Barbarossa valley wineries. Excellent place to stay if you are going there. Club House restaurant is about 1 mile from this place and has great food and red wine flight, you must try.

Loved the Menge cottage.Cosy with the pot belly wood heater in the lounge and heating in the bedroom. Beautiful spot, will be back.

If you want to spend a comfortable stay in the Barossa Valley then Goat Square Cottages might be just the place for you.Situated in Tununda, it's a perfect location from which to explore the wine area.The cottages, although old are very comfortable. Our cottage had a good size kitchen, lounge room, huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom which included a spa.The pantry is well equipped for your stay with eggs, bacon, milk, etc a complimentary bottle of wine and other goodies.If you need to use a laundry or if you need wood for that winter fireplace ..no need to worry.We enjoyed our stay. Check it out.

Goat Square Cottages
We stayed in one section of the Goat Square Cottages. The facilities were very comfortable. The provisions for the breakfasts were locally sourced, ample and delicious. The cottages were located in close walking distance to the main street of Tanunda. Even short walks around the area provided a great source of exercise and enjoyment. These cottages are a great place to stay in Tanunda. (Just a caveat: If one has a guest that is somewhat immobile, the spa/bathtub is a little difficult to step into!)
