I went to Mermaid Physiotherapy with an extremely painful shoulder and painfully restricted neck movements. I found Maria the physio to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Maria gave me the correct stretches and exercises (and video examples)...so after a few weeks the shoulder is now fine and my neck feels so much better. Thank you for the positive treatments...much appreciated!
