We have been using Jones & Co for years. Both within our property management business and our own homes.They do excellent work, always pleasant and co-operative to all parties, whether you are a tenant, owner, landlord or property manager. They do a lot of flood work and have been our go to in these events many times and we have always appreciated the effort they go to and their reports afterwards. Highly recommend the team.

Don came out on last minute notice on a Saturday afternoon to begin work on my home which had been flooded by a faulty washing machine installation. Don’s communication throughout the entire process was fantastic, not only was it educational which put my mind at ease during a very stressful time, but it also set the expectations perfectly so I knew exactly what to expect over the coming days. The service was fast, and as non-invasive as possible and still turned out some amazing results. Despite being one of many customers at the time, I still felt like I was a priority, and my home and belongings were treated with fantastic care. Thank you to Don and the team, I will definitely be using the services from your company for any future situations, as well as recommending you to family and friends.

The technican (Lachlan) turned up on time and was attentive when I explained what I was looking to have done.Our Dining Rooms Chairs and Lounge Suite with recliners came up looking like brand new. The carpets along with pet stains which I thought would not be able to be removed were also successfully treated and removed. Good, efficient service with an eye for detail. My tile floors were left clean from where he had been working as well. I would recommend Jones & Co Restorations to anyone especially anyone who has had a bad experience with carpet cleaners in the past.

From the interaction with admin staff to the Techs that came to the house I found the entire team very personable and professional and considering the floor is slate they did a fantastic job and kept me informed of their progress throughout they were very friendly and took pride in their work I would and will use them again and recommend them to anyone

I moved to my new house and found the carpet not cleaned. I had only a day to do something as the removalist was coming the next day with our stuff. I tried different carpet cleaning services with no luck but one of them referred me to Don from Jones & Co. They called me within half an hour to let me know that they can fit me in that afternoon and they came and did a great job. Very happy with their service. Easy communication and reasonable price as well. I highly recommend Jones and Co for carpet cleaning.

Have used them for work and home a number of time. Its easy to contact them (Nicole is super helpful) and book a time and today with Dan I feel he points out things (like a have carpet beetle which has munched a couple of spots in my wool carpet) which will be helpful when we have pest guys in next. Highly recommend!!!
