J-Vec Electrical

They offered prompt service when installing a new A/C unit and was completed as expected. We then asked for another job to be done which we had to wait for parts as they were on back order. We were told mid Jan. They then advised after numerous calls that the parts had arrived however they never completed the work.We have had to chase and chase since January without any resolution.Now he wont return our calls or if we do get through he hangs up on us straight away. Not a good way to run your business.Now we will have to pay for another electrician a call out fee to get this work done.Very disappointed with the way we have been treated.

J-Vec have fixed a tricky circuit fault (that the other electricians before them could not fix!) quickly and efficiently. They know their stuff and are friendly and professional. Reasonable fees as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended J-Vec Electrical and I couldn’t be happier. Jordan was fantastic to deal with. Booked in a time and day to install some fans and do some extra electrical work after one phone call. He worked diligently and efficiently; he did a great job cleaning after his work and left my house in a great condition. I wouldn’t use another electrician and couldn’t recommend Jordan enough. 5 star service.

Very efficient, friendly, and good pricing. Jordan is very professional and knows what would look good in the house when I asked him about lighting. Gives you suggestions to think about. Jordan from J-Vec I can't fault, from his prompt communication, his fair prices and quality workmanship! We have used him for a few jobs so far and will continue to do so. He is our go to sparky!
