Bruce visited us from time to time to check on progress and ensure that we were satisfied with the work. If a glitch occurred (as it can happen) they were quick to find a solution. The communication throughout the whole project was amazing. Communication is key - so a big shout out to Matt for his oversight of our project and to both Sarah and Danny who work behind the scenes. If there were delays (and there were delays like covid, weather and material shortages) Matt would be in touch and give us an approximate date of when the next stage of works would occur. Our works included replacing the pergola to make a watertight area, a new and larger garden shed, three raised garden beds, paving, a new entrance to the garage with a roller door and new guttering to the house and garage. The team of workers were all fabulous. They arrived on time (just like it said in the contract), and they all worked diligently and consistently each day. How they worked through some of the most horrid weather conditions is a credit to them and the business. While we didn't get to know them all by name, we would like to mention Glen. He was absolutely amazing and his attention to detail and quality of his workmanship was incredible. He also was good at sharing his knowledge and experience in a way that encouraged his apprentice and from my perspective was wonderful to see. It is having people like Glen and so many of the others that worked at our home that make a business great. Well done Bruce on having such an awesome team. To anyone looking for a business to undertake any works they have in mind, we would highly recommend Bruceworks Landscaping Centre.

Bruce came early, which was convenient for me. He got into the work immediately, and the arrangements of pebbles and mulches were made correctly. Overall they performed a fantastic job and left my yard looking clean and tidy. I've already shared my happiness with potential clients!

I entrusted Bruceworks Landscaping Centre with maintaining my parents' garden. I was preparing the house for sale because they passed away recently. The entire garden was fully overgrown, with numerous trees and weeds. A guy spent one and a half days organising everything, and now I can see locations I haven't seen in years. Diligent, comprehensive, and excellent work.

Avoid Bruce and his companies at all costs. Dishonest and unprofessional. His high review score is a result of him purchasing fake reviews. Sort reviews by latest and you'll quickly see the positive ones are all fake.30 five star reviews from mostly private accounts all posted a month ago, but nothing since. Another 40 posted three months prior with nothing in between. All fake reviews written in a similar style and the accounts that aren't private have reviews from all corners of the globe.If he put the same effort into his workmanship as he puts into concealing his bad reputation, Bruce would likely be a decent landscaper. He's a shonky liar so give him a miss.

I recently purchased some garden edging, and I discovered I had ordered the wrong size when it arrived the following day. I called Bruce Landscapes in a panic and spoke to the store manager. He was wonderfully helpful; he organized the collection and delivery of the right size the following day quietly and without fanfare. Thank you for the wonderful service. I have no qualms about recommending this business and will most definitely do business with it again.

The booking process at Bruceworks Landscaping Centre is simple and well-communicated. But what impressed me was how well the gardener who worked for us cared for our lawns. He carefully left everything in order and performed a great job. The Yard" was altered to look like it was being displayed in a competition to make a beautiful Garden."

Apart from late delivery, the last company I dealt with was incredibly difficult to deal with when I bought metal edging. With Bruce works Landscape, on the other hand, I had a very unique experience. They have been incredibly efficient, provided excellent customer service, and delivered the things I bought very quickly. I wished I had purchased more from them in the past.

Having previously used their products on a garden path, I was so pleased that I chose the concrete model for my new pebble drive. It was delivered in less than two days, goes down very quickly, and because of these features, in my opinion, it is simpler to lay out and set up in intricate forms. I would definitely recommend using 10mm gravel to fill because the results were excellent.

Bruce and his colleagues have just finished transforming my verge for me. I have my own native plants, and I'm eager to create a lovely native garden to draw in the birds. The worker is really competent, clearly enjoys what he does, and has the highest standards. The guys completed the task on time, with excellent communication, and left the area spotless. This business is excellent, and they take great pride in what they do.
