A Pet's Prerogative Parkdale

Although the Pet's enjoy an above average service, the administration side & customer relations is non existent. Calls go unanswered & not returned, as do messages. There is ZERO customer follow up, or any customer relations. period. It's more disrespectful than it is sloppy.Hopefully the organisation will take on board their failures and rectify the situation. Because a failure at the Front of House (admin), will lead to a failure at the Back of House (service).It is unfortunate. However, for our family & others, this will be a business that we can no longer, in good conscience support.

Pets Prerogative staff was very friendly. Got offered a cup of coffee while my little doggie was getting her grooming. Very welcoming environment.

A Pet's Prerogative in Parkdale have to be the best dog groomers in the bayside area. Our little fella doesn't enjoy visiting a groomer but John and his team always make him welcome and he comes away looking and smelling great! Highly recommended.

Worst attitude ever

Awesome service and amazing results! Couldn't be happier!

Took my pup for the first time and he came out looking and feeling brand new! He suffers from seperation anxiety ... yet was completely calm and looked after with lots of love!

John has been amazing with my anxious lagotto. Over 4 years of different groomers, suggestions of sedation and wrestling matches, he’s a different dog. His anxiety is largely gone. He is being blow dried for the first time with little fuss. After only 3 visits!!!! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My 1 year old mini poodle was pretty terrified of groomers prior to coming here. He was shaking like a leaf on arrival and the staff were so patient and gentle with him. They let him walk up to them in his own time and were very affectionate with him. The groom itself was perfect, reasonably priced and when i arrived to get him, he seemed very content on the table. Very reassuring when I thought it was going to be mission impossible! Really happy with the service and the kindness of the staff and have been back a few times since .
