We had my engagement ring designed and crafted by Ewen. He had a brilliant range of expertise that allowed us to cut raw sapphires, and set one in a unique, flat setting. He made incredibly helpful suggestions on all parts of the design to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. He catered for my request to have lab-grown diamonds. I am absolutely smitten with the end product! Everyone comments on how beautiful and unique the piece is! Customer service we received was amazing, and even included a slight re-sizing when we realised my fingers are more oval than circular! We will be back for our wedding bands, and I would strongly recommend Ewen to anyone!

The dilemma of what to do with old jewellery from a previous life if difficult. I’m so grateful that I met with the team at our local Toowoomba jeweller, Ryley Jewellery Creations for advice. I had a number of pieces including an old engagement ring and other dated rings that didn’t fit any more. The team came up with two stunning ring designs being a trilogy diamond ring and 5 stone sapphire and diamond ring. My lovely partner had also recently bought me an exquisite champagne sapphire stone from Ryleys which I also had made up in yellow gold. The results are breath taking! I was completely overwhelmed as some of the old jewellery was purchased from my Nan’s inheritance – it meant so much x. Thank you so much Ryley Jewellery Creations for your beautiful work, the quality and attention to deal is impeccable.

Do not take any high end jewellery in here for repair. Not a master jeweller as claimed, wanted to do a ‘cheap’ fix on a very expensive piece and to add insult had a month wait to do the job. Do yourself a favour and keep your expensive pieces away. Nothing more than a glorified shopping centre mass produced quality service.

This review is long overdue however definitely worthy. I approach Ewen towards the end of last year to design and make an engagement ring for my now wife and what Ewen ended up being able to create was nothing short of spectacular. His service and workmanship was outstanding and when we both approached jim to make our wedding bands we knew we were in good hands. Would more than highly recommend Ewen for any of your jewellery needs. Amazing.
