Took my Star Edger down because it wouldn't start after I physically checked replaced oil, spark plug, fuel, cleaned all machine with air compressor inc filter. Nothing worked. I was on a severe budget. My machine also does about 4 neighbours including pensioners and being quite a busy foot path I try to ensure no one falls due to grass going on path. Explained everything to owner. Within a few days as promised he called explaining the issue. I was so pleasantly surprised that he fixed my machine as it was the blade bearing that had ceased. He replaced it with 2nd hand one and a new blade. I paid over the phone and neighbour picked it up. They also replaced the safety guard as well as it had broken. ironically I was going to get that spot welded as I had the missing piece but now it's sorted. So overall very happy. My machine now runs and I can again help everyone. Thank you so much for your help and understanding

No fuss and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I've had my roller mower and chainsaw serviced and sharpened there with great results.

Had my 22 year old Mascot Intek mower in for a service. Little bit more work than I anticipated but it was only its second service.Very happy with the result and impressed with owner’s knowledge of mowers (and edgers).

When to buy a brush ranger chainsaw bloody mint for what you get and pay for the guy behind the counter who own the business sorry but bad with names was very helpfully customer service was and still is paramount threw in a few extras with chainsaw which he didnt have to do but was very appreciative.

These guys are fabulous and do a first-class job. I've had my Honda lawnmower serviced, and it is running like a dream . Also, all my garden shears, secateurs, and hedgers sharpened, and they are like new, saving me hundreds!

Just took my mower in for a service throttle cable replacement and blade change and second hand starter Assy replaced. Dropped it off yesterday and got a message this morning to pick it up. Working perfectly and very reasonable price. Well done guys awesome job and highly recommended.

The service was rude and dismissive by a grumpy old man. Best advice would be to avoid the place entirely

Excellent service and very helpful in fixing my Scott Bonnar 45 engine. They also did an awesome job re-welding and sharpening my refurbished reel.

Called into Joondalup Mowers & Machinery for some advice regarding the power lead for my mower. I received a short teaching on the different types of leads and contacts.I purchased the required part very reasonably and headed home a lot wiser regarding my mower. I have never worked with machinery and knew little. However, I felt much more knowledgeable when I left.

So unhelpful and unfriendly, never going back. Went elsewhere and got the help I needed. Wasn't rocket science either.
