Wow, a delightful cafe just off the highway in Lang Lang. We ducked off the freeway for some much needed sustenance, we found it at Country Grind Cafe. Beautiful coffee, fresh and abundant rolls, pastries & a sneaky dim sim. Go visit the friendly staff & enjoy some Lang Lang hospitality. 6 stars

Terrible service pulled up for my 15 minute break as a truck driver. They had five people working in the cafe I was standing there for a good 12 minutes. Not even hello. I’ll be with you in a minute. Nothing had to leave with no food and had to wait until my next break to eat if you in a rush do not go here.

I came in here with my wife and kids because my wife said the food is great, yeh the food is great but the women that were working there spoke to my wife like she wasn’t worth an ounce of customer service. They said hello to other people that walked in but not us we just got looked at and ignored. The older woman spoke at my wife with only tolerance. She WAS NOT using any electronics at the time when she spoke at her not to her. Smiling graciously to everyone else.I nearly dragged the family out but my wife insisted we still buy lunch. Well, never again. The one blonde woman there that’s nice, Thankyou. Not the skinny one at the coffee machine she had the same attitude, rude and lovely to others.Edited to help you with the made up excuses, probably should tell the same excuses to a lot of regular people there that over heard us speak of our experience to have them also complain about the same rude behaviour from the same staff and the one nice lady with a conflict of going there for good food.

Great little spot that I always visit when staying down this way. Good coffee, the best salad rolls and seems to always be open, even if other businesses in the street close on certain days, a reliable source of caffeine and sustanance :D
