Not interested in helping me. I wanted a piece of glass cut to a specific shape. Told me they would call. Three days later I went in and they couldn't remember me. Then they found the template and said they would call. Three weeks later I called them. They didn't know who I was at all - asked around the factory. Nobody had heard of the job.Pretty damn poor effort.My guess is that they were too gutless to just say they didn't want to do it, so instead mucked me around.

Fitted new glass panes to an old 1960's wooden frame I was repainting. Professional and reasonably priced. Very helpful with timing and advice, and prompt also. Highly Recommended. Thanks Mike and Magnus!

Wish I could give NO STARS. Booked them over a week prior they did not turn up I rang them 3 times and the guy on the phone (Ï'm just the bookkeeper) said that they had not returned his calls. I called them the next morning and left a message on answering machine and now 4 days later still have not heard. I was moving out of the property and need that window fixed this has caused me many issues. VERY UNHAPPY

Would give zero stars if possible! Asked them to cut a piece of glass for me and the sides came all chipped and jaggered.. The guy tried to justify thats how they all come. When requested to get one done properly they threw the piece of glass in the bin, gave me attitude and refused to recut a new piece unless I pay for the one they stuffed up! Piss poor attitude, unprofessional and absolutely poor workmanship. Will stick with Stevens glass for future glass needs.

Very bad service and product. They blamed me for the many scratches on a mirror they put into a frame for me. The scratches are of the type which an ordinary person could not possibly have made, being of the sort that laying the mirror face down on a surface dirty with glass particles would make. I can't think of any other way there could have been so many and so deep. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I don’t write bad reviews I contact the company direct if something has gone wrong and I did. My experience was, no care and no responsibility and incompetent, they lost my order gave me excused that “they are busy, under staffed and the boss took my order but it cannot be found” They never apologised and never got back to me despite me giving them a chance to sort it out. Hopefully this review will impact this company to improve the customer service.

We had 2 large glass panels replaced alongside the front door.Service was excellent, a good range of choice, and reliable.A smallish family company with big results.Prices were very fair and reasonable.Definitely worth considering for any Glass requirements, etc.

The rudest people to deal with.. particularly the man on the phone. Speaks down to you, clearly has never been trained in customer service. Hung up the phone to me. Never returns calls. Do not recommend dealing with him if you want to be treated and spoken to with respect.
