Very helpful in troubleshooting an issue with the Bluetooth on the radio of my rental car

Trying their best to solve a demonic captiva..

Just bought a Holden from them recently and trust me Craig and James are the best people to deal with..

This was the most uninspiring delivery of a new car we've ever had. We waited in the showroom for over 10 mins being totally ignored by staff. The salesman groaned when we placed part of the payment of cash on the desk. Once we had our receipt the salesman walked out to our new car & sat in the front seat leaving me standing on the footpath & my husband in the drivers seat. He handed the folder with the books in my husbands lap & said good luck". He got out of the car & walked away. We weren't shown the service dept or told how much services were. Nor were we offered any refreshments on any visit. We asked the price for side steps only to be told we shouldn't need them as he had no trouble getting into the vehicle. He was 2 foot taller than us! I would never recommend Taree Holden after the way we were treated."

Never had a problem with them an will continue using there mechanical services.

Great team always been a service like no other

Absolutely amazing team!! About 5.5 hrs into our trip home from holidays, we had a light come up on the dash and we had no idea what it was. Googled for the closest ‘ Holden Service Centre’ and Taree Holden Service Centre came up and was open but not for much longer. We turned around and made our way there. The team were so welcoming and happy ( which I needed after 5.5hrs in a car with 2 kids and then something going wrong with the car and still being over 5hrs away from home! Stress levels were beyond! ) The team were so helpful and came out right away to have a look. Within not even 5 mins they knew what it was and got started to work out of the parts were in stock. Finally we had some good news, they had one in stock!We were then told they couldn’t fit us in that day as they were booked out and was almost closing. Which we totally understand but they can back and said team were moving things around so they could get us back on the road!We are so thankful for everything they did for us! Wish we got the same service had our local Holden Service Centre.Thank you to the whole team that helped our out yesterday!! You are all truely amazing people!!

Selling and servicing Holden and Hyundai new and used cars have shuttle to drop you off and pick you up, they let you know up front costing and time
