Let me start off by saying all staff I have previously encountered have been absolutely lovely, they're always greeting me kindly and helping me with any inquiries I may have and I couldn'task for better service. However on my most recent visit there was an older lady Sharon with the short blonde hair who absolutely tainted my experience with this pharmacy. From the moment I spoke to her, she was horribly rude and then when I came back to pick up, she pretended like she didn't know why I was there which was odd seeing as how I was JUST speaking to her about my prescription a few minutes and there was only one or two other customers.I provided her with my details AGAIN then she went on to blame me for leaving information out when she didn't even ask me for it in the first place, WHICH IS HER JOB. For the rest of our interaction she passive aggressively handled my me like I was bothering her when all I had done was smiled, been polite and requested my medication.She was so obviously rude, I had to ask my partner to go back in and pick up my order because I didn't want to be treated like that. She's trash.

Staff are very friendly, polite and kind. They even remember the prescription medicine we go there for. We can even call and ask them to get the medicine ready and then collect it. If it's a new prescription and they don't have the medicine also, they make sure to get it within a day or two. They have a pharmacy Nurse service which is really good.

Best Customer Service Ever! They didn’t have the medication in stock (shortage everywhere atm) and they actually started calling chemists around and finally found a chemist with stock. This will be my default chemist from now on!

Rami is always a pleasure when I see him in the store. Staff are friendly, and helpful, the store is always looking immaculate and they offer quite a considerable range of goods.I was in a bind once, regarding a prescription, the service provided was above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for how reasonable and accommodating they are in both their services and their general customer service.Whilst out of my local area, I venture out to them specifically because I know I will be looked after.

Choice Pharmacy has always gone above and beyond with their customer service and compassion towards their customers. All staff have been exceptionally caring and efficient in my many experiences with them, I’ve been going to choice pharmacy for 10 years and it’s the only one I’ll go to due to the consistent nature of staff, products and service. There are people I know who go out of their way and out of their suburb just to come to Choice in North Kellyville.100/10
