I have had a great experience with the team at Bendigo Toyota purchasing a Kluger Hybrid. Despite being warned of potential delays, my car arrived earlier than expected and I was kept well informed of the process. Braydon was super helpful and the line of communication was kept open always. I have not purchased a car brand new before so had heaps of questions which were all answered with patience! Definitely a great experience for me!

Was such a simple and enjoyable process dealing with the team at Bendigo Toyota. We are based in Melbourne but made a day trip with the kids to go collect our new car. The presale process was smooth and the handover was thorough. Alex our sales person has also given us her mobile number in case we have any after sales queries. Brilliant job guys. Will recommend you to anyone willing to listen!

The girls at the front desk are clearly there to help and nothing is too much trouble.This service has been provided on multiple occasions and is a credit to Bendigo. Over the years, I have used other car dealerships in Bendigo and these guys lead the field by a country mile!

The team at Toyota Bendigo exceeded all my expectations. Adam Ski was very thorough in helping me choose the right vehicle for my family. He spent time talking through all the options they offered and why my RAV4 was suitable to my needs. Bruce took care of all the paperwork and was very prompt in his communication as well as Sam who organised my insurance in just a few minutes. The delivery felt very grand as the car was waiting covered in a black silk cover with a big red bow for its special reveal. It was a very special moment. Alex then spent a long time going through all the specs, buttons and whistles. She was very patient and detailed in her instructions. Both Alex & Bruce called in to check all was running smoothly in the next couple of days and I felt very well looked after. I would definitely recommend Bendigo Toyota. Thank you (a very happy customer)

Have had my car serviced here twice now and they have always been late on the pickup time. Missed my doctors appointment and didn’t get the free wash to try make up for time which is frustrating. Other than that they’re ok

I seriously could not recommend Ben Duncan enough. He was truly a gentleman and took the time to provide amazing service to us. He went through everything thoroughly and did it in such a way that we completely trusted him. As you can imagine purchasing a car can be really stressful. It was the complete opposite with Ben. It was a fun and exciting experience. I completely trusted Ben and the team at Bendigo Toyota when purchasing my Rav4. They really put a focus on getting you the right car for a decent price. The process between sales and finance was super smooth and when I’m ready to buy again (not for a very long time because Toyota’s go forever) I will definitely be calling Ben Duncan!
