Place showing its age. But serving was good and generous. At counter, staff should be more friendly as not all customers are return customers. We did not know the procedure of ordering. Once seated,it sorts of explained itself.

Ordering on mother's Day was a hassle to access the great free kids meal especially with in a large group. Food overall was ok to good, where there were a few errors with the order the staff were happy to fix them!

Good for kids? Not quite. There is nothing here for kids other than the kids menu. When I saw “good for kids” I thought there’d at least be a playground. Or at least give kids activity books. Lucky we brought our own. Kids menu only included soft drink no juice. Should probably cater for those parents who don’t want our kids drinking soft drink. Food was average priced; not expensive but certainly not cheap. Paper menus a bit tacky; surely it’s not hard to laminate them. Prevents the bored kids drawing on them too (attached photo of menu was not a result of my kids).Kids meals were delivered quickly thankfully. Adults mains were really slow (over 40 minutes) considering it wasn’t busy at all but they did refund dessert to apologise so that was at least something.

recently visited the berserker tavern a couple times and was blown away by the delicious food and accommodating kitchen staff.The atmosphere and banter with the barstaff is amazing.From what i see when ive come in the ladies Jenna, Keira and Madi go above and beyond to look after all their patrons and making sure they are having a good time.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone

Had Mum’s 80th birthday there in the main bistro area. Staff were incredibly accommodating with requests and resulted in a wonderful day for Mum. Shout out to Emma and her team for the wonderful service.
