I got my titanium wedding ring from here a couple of years ago and I went back to look at some other rings as it didn't fit anymore and I was happy with the original service. They offered to give it a shot trying to stretch it and it looks great and I can still have our original wedding ring on. I appreciated it especially as they could have just said it wasn't possible and got me to buy a new one. Great service, would recommend.

I had a bracelet fixed and a ring rhodium plated. Great price and very pleased with the work done. Lovely lady served me when I dropped my jewelry off and equally lovely man when I picked up. I will definitely be going back to check out their jewelry when I have more time. Very classy shop! Thank you so much

The workmanship of all pieces in the shop is first class and we have had a number of pieces we have worked with Steve to design that have turned out superb. They have been our jewellers for over 20 years and we recommend them highly.

Judge for yourself in the photos section of this shop on Google.Hi All, I originally wanted to go down the ACCC path and let them know of my experience with Rodricks Designs but I feel a review will help people more avoid these issues than waiting for legal action to solve things.I took my brand new wedding band (Hammered Matte Rose Gold) to get resized here and the result was a completely different ring, they had polished it and the hammered look was completely gone. I luckily had pictures from before I handed in the ring so I showed them and they apologised and said they will fix it. They couldn't fix it, the rings pattern was already gone, they just made it Matte again.When I confronted them, the store clerk said that the ring was used and worn out anyways, I had never worn it! The store owner/Jeweller said that rings that get resized never look the same and I should have specified to them that I don't want the design of the ring to be changed. I'm sure if I had asked them to polish the ring and make it smooth, they would've charged me extra. Since I didn't want the ring to change at all and only get it resized, I got that for free :DAnyway, if you care about your ring looking the same before and after a resize, don't go here.Also, they left marks all over the ring where the resize happened, a Very large silver line inside the ring.While I was going through this, I saw a woman thanking the phone shop guy outside Rodricks. She was so happy with the way the guy applied her screen protector that she thanked him and gave him 5 stars on the spot. Even the security guy told me that's how we should do business.I hope this helps whomever reads it. Be just to one another.By the way, the ring resize was $190.

I had my 33 year old engagement ring enlarged and polished and I was thrilled with the quality of work, it was like new. Also, Antoinetta’s friendly service made a visit to Rodricks extra special, thank you .

Sadly a gold baguette ring purchased 3 years prior in March 2017 recently broke. On returning to the store I was advised this was due to me maltreating the ring. This was not true. This ring has a $7k valuation supplied at time of purchase and has generally only been worn on occasions. On objecting to this I was asked to leave the store.I have since had the ring repaired, only to loose an additional diamond.Having had the ring appraised by a reputable manufacturing jeweler I was advised this may happen as the diamonds are all different sizes and not set correctly. I was also advised to return to Rodericks in an attempt to get an amicable resolution. On doing so I was advised they would not repair the ring as I had had somebody else repair it, and now voided the warranty that was never a warranty in the first place.Clearly the quality of Rodericks jewelry is poor, and they have a zero after sales service.

They know what they doing at this shop. Went in to have my engagement and wedding band resized and touched up. Beautiful work. My engagement ring was my mother in laws (50 year old ring) so very sentimental. Great service. Highly recommend.

Bought a custom sized wedding ring from them recently for my husband. We are thrilled with it ! It was just an extra large size that other jewellers didn't seem to be able to make happen.
