Bed Bath N' Table Werribee (Temporary Pop Up Store)

Store manager (Apu) doesn’t have basic customer service skills. Looks like not keen to serve indian customers as such. Well guess u r also indian even if u were born here. No wonder businesses like u go under and people like u lose jobs.

I have been shopping with them from last 2 year and their service is Awesome every time i hop in . Store Manager and All other staff are always helpful , defiently not pushy and they know what customer service is. i guess people who say bad things are expecting more discounts and take advantage of customer power, at the end of the day we all are human and we all shop. To me its all about your personal attitude and behaviour as well towards retail service staff, I love this place, their suggestion and ideas and would love to shop with them again.

The Ladies over there are so patient and courteous... Marge and Susan and third one(sorry dont know name) have been fantastic and so much helpful in any request... super awesome team!! Keep up the great work!!

very poor customer service. The sales women were not in the least bit interested in asking what the customers wanted but continued talking to each other oblivious of anyone else. How can you get sales if you lack common courtesy towards the customer? wouldn't go there again.

Worst customer service. So rude. Would not recommend spending your money here. Me and my partner went into the store today in Werribee plaza. We walked in, didn’t get any greeting at all, not even a smile, I asked if they had any king pillow cases for sale and she took one look at me and my partner, and stared us up and down before saying “yeah we do but they’re really expensive to buy”. How embarrassing that this shop has workers who are very small minded and judgmental. My partner chose to still have a look at them, and she said again “like I said they’re really expensive”. She wasn’t helpful or nice what so ever. I walked out so upset. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have bought so many stuff from this shop. Have decked out my bedroom happily with the stuff i bought from there. Staff friendly.

Terrible customer service no product knowledge at all about what they are selling and defiantly not helpful.I would drive all the way to Essendon just to be served by the lovely ladies there.Really poor defiantly won’t be shopping at the Werribee plaza store again. And sadly this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had.

Service non existent...just complained between each other about what problems they had with other staff..no offer to help

Very bad customer service. I was looking for a quilt cover but the staff lady wasn’t keen to help or to give me any details of the products. She was very rude to answer my question and was just interested of doing her own business.very disappointed.

I always shop here for my homewares. Great prices for good quality. Super impressed with the quilt set I’ve just bought. Really comfy! Feels like a luxurious treat to come home to after a road trip. Will be buying more sheet sets from this shop.
