Warning, avoid!Red flag should have been there's no other customers!If I could give 0 stars I would. Mick the guy serving was extremely rude and unprofessional . Place looked dirty. Be prepared to sign over your life when getting ears pierced. Guy lacks knowledge of his own forms.

Silver & Gold Body Piercing
I got my conch and seconds done here yesterday, Mike was so so lovely and really calmed the anxiety I had going into it, and even though some of my friends have had their conch pierced and have said it was the most painful one they have got, it was virtually painless and remains virtually painless except for a dull ache. But my seconds are completely painless! Will definitely be going here again :)

Absolutely fabulous! Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced and he was AWESOME. Explained the process to her, didn't get frustrated when we had a few false starts and was very kind and understanding with her fears.

Took my niece here today for a jewellery change, could not be more happy with how professional and comfortable we were, it's by appointments only so not overwhelming with heaps of people in the shop. I was so happy with the service that I'm going to make another appointment for myself.

Mike has done 12 of my piercings over the last 4 years and I’ve had nothing but amazing service every single time, whether it’s for a piercing or jewellery change. He’s professional, friendly & always makes me feel at ease during the whole process. I refuse to go anywhere else & couldn’t recommend silver and gold enough!

I’ve now had two piercings and a jewellery change with Mike and he’s the best of the best! I would recommend him to anyone looking for basic to more complex piercings. Fantastic and also just a great person who clearly loves his job/business.
