5 minutes late for an appointment.Refusal to see me. Disappointing how a 5 minute grace is unacceptable, with an establishment with supposedly good reviews. This is indicative of money hungry owners, with lack of care for its customers, and clear lack of business acumen and understanding.

I just had a brow reshape, wax and tint and the signature package with a facial, hot stone massage and foot soak with Leteisha and it was heaven! I was totally pampered and felt completely relaxed. We talked over the skin issues I was having and where I would like extra attention paid to with the hot stones. My eyebrows are perfect, not too thin (and will lighten over the next few days) and I felt listened to and comfortable the whole time. Thanks so much Leteisha, you made my morning!

I had a back and hand massage and a facial. Bec was amazing, the massage was divine and the facial was so relaxing. Bec also helped with picking products, listening to what I wanted and needed in each product. I will definitely be back.

I had a signature facial today! Demi (my therapist) did a superb job? The massage was so absolutely relaxing and her knowledge and communication skills re my skin and further treatment was very impressive! I have had many facials at the Capalaba Ella Bache and have never been disappointed.

It was okay. I went to Capalaba, and the business is in shopping centre and so I found it hard to fully relax. The sound system was playing up the day I went which totally messed up my relaxing time. Treatments and products are good though.

Could not recommend this to anyone more! I took all the women in my family to get the signature facial done and they can’t stop talking about it “omg I loved the facial” “when are we going again? “It was amazing!” I personally had Claudia and as someone with anxiety I loved how she didn’t pressure conversation at all if it faded she left it! Definitely recommend to my fellow anxiety havers and to anyone who’s chatty she’s amazing at small talk as well. 10/10 couldn’t think of going anywhere else (and if you’re going during winter they have a heated bed! Fantastic ik!)

Extremely unhappy. I asked for a natural set of lashes and got VOLUME lashes. She explained to me it’s all they do when in the website it says classic. She lied and say me down knowing I was after a natural look.

Belinda is awesome and so are the other beauticians. A lot of care goes into what they do and we have a few giggles at times. It's convenient and they always fit me in relatively close to when I need an appointment. I love the products too.
