Unprofessional on haircut, still have some pain on back of my neck once they shaved my hair with machine.Never get back there not recommending

Awesome haircut, the person cutting my hair was very meticulous and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. Price is on the higher end for what I usually get, however well worth the difference. Will definitely go back again. Thanks Os Barber Boss!!

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had,asked for a taper fade which was done very poorly- back taper was too high- side tapers were blended terribleAsked to not touch the topHe leaves the top half of my hair untouched but cuts the back of my hair so short less than 1cm ( was previously 4-5 inches ) so I leave with half my head 4-5 inches of hair and the back of my head ( and top half) 1cmHave to wear a beanie for a few months now, simple instructions simple haircutTerrible result poor quality barberMaybe I was just cut by a poor barber and the rest are better but I Woudnt recommend

Worst haircut I've ever gotten and he couldn't even fix it. It is the most uneven haircut i have ever gotten and is not the first time that this place has let me down. I would let my roommates cut my hair over this place next time.

I am thrilled by the service of the cuts provided by these highly experienced barbers. There is no better feeling than a fresh fade and this barbershop always delivers an amazing experience. Thank you team! Highly recommend, definitely the best barbershop in the area!

For those who enjoy pain it is right place. Guy wasn't nice to me skin, it was hurting. fast and loose...Some barbers doesn't care how their customers feels...

I travel for over 30 minutes every haircut just to have Osama & his team make me feel welcomed and care with attention to detail.

Poor experience. Poor customer service, didn't have pride in their work, end result didn't feel finished at all, no care to detail. Uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. Not worth the $40. Won't be back.

Horrible experience!! To the management, please find better barbers who understand what the customer wants.One of the worst fades/ bear trims ever. I did ask for the a number 3 machine fade and the barber gave me number 1 fade instead. Even the fade wasn’t even. When I asked to even it out, he said it looks even. He has literally made me bald from the back trying to fix it. Definitely inexperienced!!While giving a shave, he has left me with multiple cuts on my neck. He was so rough while handling the blade as if he was in a rush. Did not even apologise after watching me bleed, just gave me a tissue to wipe off the blood.Also, please advise customers that you do not accept card payment or your EFTPOS machine is not working in advance. And charging $70 for a horrible fade and bear trim is ridiculous. Assuming he was the manager, as he was the only staff available, there is no point complaining to him again. 1/10

2 haircuts here, 2 different barbers, 2 of the best haircuts I’ve had! Awesome job :)
