Honestly, some of the furniture is dated. BUT….this is a super clean motel which has great linens, is well run, has a central location & management has excellent communication. Also the breakfast options are a really nice touch. Whilst a simple place to stay, it has everything we needed & more. This is a great value place to stay & can not recommend enough. Well done Blue Diamond

Spent two nights here over the weekend. I highly recommend the motel for it's quiet location, which is close to the main street. The rooms are kept very clean, with a microwave, toaster, jug, etc. Beds very comfortable with clean, good quality linen and towels. Beautifully kept pool, as well and lovely staff.

Super clean rooms! We stayed in a family room, 2 singles and a queen. Plenty of space. Had a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Nice hot water in the shower too! Will happily stay again :)

This is a great hotel in Dubbo, I stayed here for four nights to attend ANZAC Day services. The management was very helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and very clean. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Dubbo.

not right on the highway. but at a last minute booking was glad to get a room. $170 overnight. service was friendly rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable. would recommend this motel. not many food/takeaways near by though.

Good customer service, Tony was very nice when we rang to say we would be arriving later than anticipated.Room was clean and warm (thanks for putting heater on before we arrived) quiet no street noise.Shower was great, all amenities very clean, cleanest shower door I have ever seen!Thank you, see you next time.

Very clean and spacious rooms .amazing beds. Robert and his wife were both very friendly and were more than happy to recommend good food and attractions . Will definitely stay there again .

It's surprising this accom rates only two stars as an hotel. It's clean, the rooms are generous in size, the staff are gorgeous. There's lots of eateries and activities only a short drive or walk. This is our number one choice in Dubbo!
