Unfortunately, my experience with Reynella Hyundai was underwhelming. I walked in one day, already knowing the car I wanted to buy. They found one in transit and I paid a deposit the same day. No haggling on price, the quote was accepted as presented. Easy sale for them.When the car arrived they were reluctant to have my personalised plates fitted to the car, “it would be easier if we just register it and then you arrange to change over the plates”. Easier for them, not me. I dug my heels in and they eventually relented. I had asked for the VIN number of the car so I could arrange insurance and was told (by Amber) that they would call me straight back. I’m still waiting for that call.When my wife and I went to pick up the car at the pre-arranged time, the salesperson (Jamie) was quite dismissive and kept us waiting for 20 minutes while he was completing some paperwork, that was obviously more important than our car delivery. He does, however, score some points for thoroughly explaining the features of the car.When the sale price includes a $2K dealer delivery fee, you would expect that they could spring for a full tank of fuel instead of delivering the car with just over a quarter of a tank. Also, when ordering wheel locking nuts as an accessory, would it be unreasonable to expect these were fitted to the car instead of being thrown in the boot to roll around? Five minute job for me, but seriously?With this kind of service, I would prefer to just order online and cut out the dealer altogether. If they can’t add value to the sale, what’s the point?

The people who work for this company are very honest. It's a pleasure to do business with them.I'll give an example:It turned out that I accidentally overpaid $ 300 for a guarantee and did not pay attention to it at all. They called me themselves, asked me to fill out a refund form and returned $300 to my account. All this on their own initiative.Another example:Before applying for a comprehensive insurance policy with them, I checked the websites of insurance companies to find out how much insurance would cost me. The price was from 110 to 180 dollars per month (In different companies).When I came to a specialist in Hyundai service and said that I would like the insurance to cost me $ 100 per month, he removed part of his own agency commission so that I would get exactly $ 100 per month. (He didn't tell me this, but I saw on the computer screen that he reduced his own commission.)In general, I am satisfied with the work with people in this organization. Thank you.

If you have a recall on your car that involves safety, be prepared to chase them for it. Same for getting a service done. It's all good till you buy the car from them. After that, you are on your own because they will not lift a finger. Customer service is a shoddy I-am-doing-you-a-favour-service even if you are paying for it. After three months of posting a review, I received a response. Thanks for letting me know that you do read google reviews. However, it should be customer service 101 - My details are on your system. It would be proactive customer service to contact me personally and offer a genuine response rather than a disingenous google reply. Any customer would have really appreciated that. Ayswaria

Aparently this dealership feels good about withholding a deposit refund for 3.5 weeks and lying about sending it. They also don't know what darkest legal tint is. When driving my vehical home we noticed the tint wasnt correct, tint meter shows 35% on all 5 windows. Darkest legal which we requested would be 35% on the fronts and 20% on all rears. They then said this is the darkest they do, which is fine but they told us different when we initally drew up the contract. Was abused by staff members for raising issues and told that were lucky that we are getting this car for free (insurance paying). Seems like we were real lucky spending time in hospital and having our 40k that we paid for car written off.

Not a good experience. Jamie refused to budge on the price, and offered me way less for my old car. On the day of pickup, he didn’t answer any of my texts on when to pick up the car and gave me the car with less than half a tank. When my partner asked for petrol as a gesture of good will, he said it isn’t in the contract and refused. Will not return again.

If you ready to buy a new car in Reynella Hyundai. Please have a psychological preparation that this dealership will not meet their commitment:)1. If they say to you will get full tank of fuel when you pick up the car because they don't want their customers first stop is service stations and don't trust it. Sorry to telling you that you must go cause you will only get 1/3 fuel on yours.2. Even though the Hyundai website stated you normally get 12 months registration on new car but they won't tell you in fact unless you ask then you will find out only 3 months rego provided.3. The sales assistant will pick up your call in a second when you plan to buy a car. After you successfully made a payment in full, you will not able to contact him anymore.4. I suggest you buy the genuine accessories in other dealership because even though they wrote it in the contract they will keep saying out of stock and hold your money.Hopefully my personal experience can help you find the best car seller you want. Just try Reynella Hyundai if you not trust the facts above.

My mum bought a brand new Hyundai Tucson highlander top of the range end of 2019, ever since she drove it out of the showroom her experience with them has been disgusting, they don't care anymore, you wait hours on end, they don't phone when a part comes in and there rude.My mum is now transferring to adrian brienn hyundai for her services.

Not sure if this is an oversight from the dealership or if this is the norm nowadays butmy sister just picked up her brand new car (Hyundai tuscon) yesterday and the car had only a quarter of tank of fuel and only 3 months rego. I buy new cars every 5 years and usually included is a full tank of fuel and 12 months registration. buyer beware!
