Very happy with the service. First time I took my car there since my regular mechanic retired. Shaun explained in detail what work was required and the cost. Price charged was very reasonable. Will take my car back there again.

From the office staff to the mechanics, a thoroughly professional business that has excellent customer service and does high-quality work. We only take our Cayenne to Jocaro and every time it has been a joy with fantastic work done - thoroughly and quickly at very reasonable cost.Shaun has always been helpful and informative and explains exactly what the issue is and how it can be fixed. We've got no reason at all to have the car worked on by anyone else.

Took my bmw which was having starting issues every now and then. The guy did all the tests and charged me $120 just for the tests and then told me that it will cost $2000 to replace glow plugs and few other things. Never mentioned the fuel fuse.I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and Fuel fuse was burnt. Fixed for $50 and it’s been a year now the car starts within 3 seconds every time and never failed.I suggest them don’t just go by what the COMPUTER results are, please use some experience and common sense as well. That’s why we come to a mechanic and don’t buy the diagnostic tools ourselves.
