Debbie Hodgson Yoga
Debbie is such a great Yoga Instructor - I've been attending her classes for just about 9 months now for 1 - 3 times a week and have truly benefited from her teaching. I've suffered from back pain for about 10 years on and off and have noticed an immense improvement in my pain management and at most of the time my pain is non-existent. The classes are really beneficial and non-judgemental, an understanding that each person and body is different allows for individuals to tailor poses to suit their ability. Thanks Debbie!
