I had a very unpleasant experience with RPM, Rose and Steve were lovely and they really put the extra effort in to help our company. But Roy and Marie turned out to be very unethical, unprofessional, and rude as errors started to accrue - they started to blame me and our company for various reasons that were in fact their error and incompetence.They over-promised on multiple occasions and under-delivered with everything.Steve was a pleasure to work with, he put in extra hours and really helped with the coding to ensure smooth running. However, the warehouse manager Mark was a nightmare to work with, very rude, and quite nasty to me, texting horrible messages when I corrected him on his errorS and in turn not putting our jobs first but last.I put in a lot of effort to help integrate our company for RPM and at the end of the day, all of their errors were blamed on me which was their way of covering themselves which is really quite unprofessional considering how much time I spent with them when it was indeed their actual job to do it themselves as you would expect a 3PL to do and what we were paying for.All and all, I recommend asking a lot of questions before working with them as they are clearly a B2B and not a B2C logistics company and they claim they know a lot of things when they indeed DO NOT.They will take any contract regardless of their minimal capabilities. We had 2k orders and signed the contract under the pretense they could clear this in 2 weeks and the 3 weeks we were there they managed to get out under 100 orders.Roy the owner and Marie turned quite nasty after we decided to pull the contract, they held our stock as collateral even our stock that had been delivered to their Melbourne depot were undelivered to our customers but sent back to the sydney depot and of course at our cost. They overcharged by thousands which they thought they could get away with due to them having our stock in their possession and in which we had to pay because they wouldn't release it if we didn't pay 25k for the 2 weeks we were there and the 80-100 orders sent that were possibly 30-50$ with other cariers.This is an honest review in the hopes I can help other businesses avoid using their services. I am sure their reply will be blaming me but just know they're very deceitful and I am happy to post correspondence reflecting my above review.They are reasonably priced which is enticing but you do get what you pay for and they make up for the pricing by charging for a single job multiple times and other various ways as they did with our company. - which I also have proof of.Overall RPM is just a horrible company and our company is now still paying the price of which I am sure they are happy to hear considering their morals. Plain and simple just spend that little extra and go somewhere professional and that know how to run a logistics company properly.Filter byAll

RPM are always a delight to work with. Their entire team are always very helpful and ready to answer any questions relating to booking and following up on jobs. Being in the transport industry, unavoidable delays come with the territory however RMP have always been quick and honest in trying to resolve and assist us as best we can. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our transporting needs. Thanks!

We regularly use RPM Freight for same day courier. They are great. Rose is always a delight to deal and they always deliver on time!

Had a terrible experience with RPM - allthough this happened a while back (somehow this just came across my mind):The driver that was supposed to come to pick up our frieght never called and never showed up, costed us another day and we had to pay a rebooking fee unwillingly.To make the situation worse, the person that was handling our complaint from the RPM office was irresponsible and unprofessional.-talked my friends out of using their service :)

I had such a great experience with RPM. Incredibly easy to book, great customer service and quick response. Having been quoted by other companies of near $1k - I was very happy to find RPM and their affordable prices. Would highly recommend!

Great staff, friendly service & on time delivery.

Worst warehousing and logistics service ever used.They have no idea how to operate a warehouse or deal with customers.Every person you deal with doesn’t know what going on.They take ages to get back to you.They have jacked up their prices from $55 a week to a minimum spend of $250 without notice and they threaten to sell your goods when your in credit. These guys are the biggest crooks in sydney beware. If i could leave zero stars i would.

This company is a major scam. Totally rips customers. Be very careful what you sign up for, as they overcharge you by thousands of dollars, plus damage your products.
